  • We continuously strive to ensure freshness, taste, and consistency in every order.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, or by calling our customer service.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order using available payment methods (UPI, cash on delivery, or online transfer).
  • Prices listed are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated in the order summary.
  • MITHILA AVIMAN reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in case of unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available within designated areas of Gurgaon and Sohna.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location, order size, and traffic conditions.
  • Customers opting for pickup should collect orders at the address mentioned above after confirmation.
  • MITHILA AVIMAN will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or system outages.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
  • In the event of a wrong or damaged item, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for correctly delivered items or change-of-mind requests.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

  • Our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
  • MITHILA AVIMAN is not liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities or improper storage/handling after delivery.
