1. Shipping Policy
- We process all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
- Once dispatched, the order is typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier partner availability.
- We deliver across India through trusted courier services.
- You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- For bulk or special orders, shipping fees may vary based on weight, destination, and delivery mode.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and email are entered correctly.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2. Refund & Return Policy
At Mithila Aviman, all our products are food items, and as a result, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
Therefore, returns or refunds are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:
- It is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or consumed.
- Product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- The issue was reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items without the original packaging or invoice.
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll contact you for details).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
5. Replacement Policy
If your product is eligible for replacement:
- A new product will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the damaged item is received and verified.
- In case of unavailability, we will offer a refund instead.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
